NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
RE: 2025 ORANGE COUNTY CONGESTION MANAGEMENT PROGRAM REPORT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) Board of Directors will hold a public hearing at the OCTA Headquarters, 550 South Main Street, Orange, California at their regular meeting at 9:30 a.m. on Monday, November 24, 2025.
The public hearing shall be for the purpose of considering the 2025 Orange County Congestion Management Program Report. A copy of the 2025 Orange County Congestion Management Program Report is available at www.OCTA.net/CMP for public inspection, or upon request at the OCTA Headquarters, 600 South Main Street, Orange, California.
ALL INTERESTED PARTIES are invited to attend the public hearing to address the Board of Directors with verbal or written comments/recommendations. All written comments must be submitted by Sunday, November 23, 2025 at 5:00 p.m.
Any person with a disability who requires a modification or accommodation to participate in this meeting should contact the OCTA Clerk of the Board, no less than two business days prior to the public hearing to enable OCTA to make reasonable arrangements.
