NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
RE: ORANGE COUNTY TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY’S
OC Bus Route 862 Title VI Service Evaluation and Fare Equality Analysis

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) Board of Directors will hold a public hearing at the OCTA Headquarters, 550 South Main Street, Orange, California at their regular meeting on January 12, 2026 at 9:30 a.m.

The public hearing shall be for the purpose of considering the OC Bus Route 862 Title VI Service Evaluation and Fare Equality Analysis. A copy of the OC Bus Route 862 Title VI Service Evaluation and Fare Equality Analysis will be available on the OCTA website: https://octa.legistar.com/calendar.aspx

ALL INTERESTED PARTIES are invited to attend the public hearing to address the Board of Directors with verbal or written comments/recommendations. All written comments must be submitted by Sunday, January 11, 2026 at 5:00 p.m.

Any person with a disability who requires a modification or accommodation to participate in this meeting should contact the OCTA Clerk of the Board, no less than two business days prior to the public hearing to enable OCTA to make reasonable arrangements.
