Keep Your Child’s Free OC Bus Rides Active
The Youth Ride Free program provides youth aged 6 to 18 with free travel on safe, clean and reliable buses.
Free Rides Expire on September 30
To keep rides free, parents/guardians must submit this form and provide:
- Eligibility document
- Recent photo
- Wave card number or request a new one
Once approved, the Youth Ride Free benefit is added to the Wave account linked to the rider’s Wave card.
Without approval, the rider’s Wave card will be charged the regular fare.
Do you (guardian) have a Wave account?
If you want to manage an account on behalf of a dependent, create an account with your information and apply on their behalf. Learn more about Wave.
