OC Connect

OCTA is studying the development of a 4-mile biking and walking trail along the former Pacific Electric Right-of-Way in Garden Grove and Santa Ana. This trail will connect the downtown areas of both cities to the Santa Ana River Trail and the 66-mile OC Loop bikeway, enhancing the local transportation network. In Fall/Winter 2023, the community provided feedback on walking, biking experiences, and desired trail amenities. The project team has reviewed the input and is ready to share an update on the trail's design and development.
