⚠️ Lost & Found Service Update
We are currently experiencing a network outage and, at this time, there is no estimated resolution. While we work to restore service, please note:
- We are unable to create or print Customer Inquiry or Received Items Reports.
- Newly found items cannot be entered into our database until the system is back online.
- We are temporarily unable to contact customers regarding the status of their inquiries.
- Customers picking up found items must bring their claim number.
- Auction winners must present a printed receipt (including the total with tax) to collect items.
- For safety, the customer lobby door will remain locked and staff will admit visitors individually.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we work to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
