The OC Go Senior Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (SNEMT) Program provides transportation to older adults who are in need of low-cost transportation to and from medical appointments, dentists, therapies, testing and other health related trips. SR-91 (SR-57 to SR-55) Improvement Project.
