Service Animals & Trainers Ride Transit for Free on April 5. Twice a year, service animals and their trainers gather at the Anaheim Regional Transportation Intermodal Center (ARTIC) for a chance to ride the bus for free in a controlled environment while taking in the sights and sounds of Downtown Disney District and Anaheim Garden Walk.

Stop-and-go traffic can be frustrating, time consuming and bad for air quality. Projects funded by OC Go, Orange County’s half-cent sales tax for transportation improvements, help synchronize traffic signals across the county to address these issues.
In 2022, OCTA became the first large transit agency in the region to offer free bus rides to all youth ages 6 to 18 on an ongoing basis; boardings recently exceeded 3.3 million. In addition, OCTA’s College Pass Program provides OC Bus passes to thousands of community college students who attend the nine community colleges in Orange County.
