No Service between Laguna Niguel/Mission Viejo and Oceanside through September 11
Due to continued high tides and conditions along the coastal rail corridor, Orange County and Inland Empire-Orange County Line service will not operate between Laguna Niguel/Mission Viejo and Oceanside through Friday, September 11. Trains will continue to originate and terminate at Laguna Niguel/Mission Viejo Station.
High tides are expected to continue through Thursday, September 10. The modified service is intended to reduce the risk of extensive delays and unexpected service disruptions for Metrolink passengers. Some Amtrak Pacific Surfliner service is expected to continue operating through the area and may be available as an alternative for affected passengers.

Orange County Line and Inland Empire-Orange County Line Track Closure - September 12 and 13
On Saturday, September 12 and Sunday, September 13, all train service on the Metrolink Orange County Line and Inland Empire-Orange County Line will be suspended due to planned maintenance and rehabilitation track work across Orange County. Alternative transportation for rail passengers is not being offered. As an alternative to train travel, Metrolink is encouraging passengers to check OCTA bus routes. The 91/Perris Valley Line will operate as scheduled. Amtrak Pacific Surfliner service will also be affected by the track closure.

Service Reductions Extended
Metrolink is extending its service reductions through at least October.
