Current enrollment of 9 or more credit hours/units at the time of application is required to be eligible. Please provide acceptable documentation showing that you are registered for or enrolled in the current semester.
Please note: Document must clearly state the student's name, school name, the start and end dates for classes as well as the total number of units/hours you are enrolled in.
Here is a list of acceptable documents:
- Current registration fee/receipt (Must have the student’s name, school name, start and end dates for classes as well as the total number of units/hours you are enrolled in.)
- Computer printout showing enrollment and/or in-classroom hours (Must have the student's name, school name, start and end dates for classes as well as the total number of units/hours you are enrolled in.)
- Current registration form or enrollment certificate (Must have the student's name, school name, start and end dates for classes as well as the total number of units/hours you are enrolled in.)
