OCTA developed a comprehensive succession plan linked to its future goals.
This effort included identifying any talent gaps and creating individual development plans.

Initiate a compensation and classification study

OCTA prepared a Compensation and Classification Study to benchmark OCTA positions to the job market.
In June, the Board approved an adjustment to administrative salary ranges as part of the FY 2015-16 Personnel and Salary Resolution to better match the job market.
