On November 23, 2015 , the OCTA Board of Directors approved 2016 Community Based Transit Circulators Program (Project V) Call for Projects that can allocate up to $20 million in Measure M2 funds to local agencies . The Project V competitive Measure M2 funds can be used to operate Community Circulators/Shuttles to best serve local community transit needs and fill the service gaps in the areas not adequately served by regional transit. Applications for funding are due to OCTA by February 29, 2016.
