Orange Circle "Go Retro" Tour

The perfect antique to complete your favorite room could be a short walk from the station. This itinerary starts with great coffee, continues with antiquing and wraps with a Cuban meal on the Circle.

  1. Begin with a traditional cup of tea at Paris in A Cup. Perfect for high tea or just a cup of tea, this tearoom serves in the traditional manner. The first sitting is at 11:00 a.m.

  2. Go antiquing on Glassell Street and Chapman Avenue. Both streets intersect at the Orange Circle. Start your shopping by heading north on Glassell, then continue south after lunch.

  3. Visit the Huell Howser California’s Gold exhibit at Chapman University at Leatherby Libraries at One University Dr. Open Tuesday through Saturday 10 am to 5 pm.

  4. Add a sweet ending to the day. Enjoy a chocolate milkshake at Watson’s Soda Fountain and Café. Opened in 1899, the soda fountain was added in 1915. Located on block east of the Circle on Chapman Ave.
