OCTA
has
unveiled
its
2025
Board
and
CEO
Strategic
Initiatives
and
Action
Plan,
which
will
guide
the
agency's
efforts
throughout
the
coming
year.
The
initiatives
ensure
that
board
members
and
staff
are
working
together
to
continue
delivering
a
transportation
network
to
the
public
that
is
balanced,
reliable
and
equitable,
while
remaining
fiscally
responsible
and
resilient.
To
support
those
initiatives,
OCTA
has
an
action
plan
with
109
planned
milestones
for
the
year.
Progress
reports
on
the
action
plan
are
presented
to
the
OCTA
board
on
a
quarterly
basis.
