To request a Youth Ride Free pass for your child, just complete this online request form and we'll provide you a pass by mail. Due to the volume of online pass requests, please allow up to 14 days to receive your Youth Ride Free passes. Other options to receive the Youth Ride Free passes may be faster:
The OCTA Store is served by OC Bus routes 53, 56, 83 and 453 and has visitor parking off of Main Street in Orange.
A Parental request form is required to receive a Youth Ride Free pass. Please complete one request for each child. All fields are required.

OCTA reserves the right to revoke the Youth Ride Free pass from youth that do not follow these guidelines. If needed, OC Bus drivers may ask riders for proof of age to verify eligibility for the Youth Ride Free pass.
