The Orange County Black History Month Parade & Faire promotes the contributions of African Americans to Orange County. The free event will be held on Feb. 4, 2017 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Anaheim Center Street Promenade and will attract people from all over Southern California to enjoy community, food, entertainment.
Since parking is limited, consider taking convenient public transportation. An OC Bus or Metrolink or Amtrak Pacific Surfliner train can get you to the parade and faire from many locations. The $10 Metrolink Weekend Day Pass provides unlimited system-wide travel all day either Saturday or Sunday.

The Anaheim area: Take OCTA bus routes 42, 43, 47, 543
Los Angeles or southern Orange County: Take Metrolink Orange County Line (OC Line) or Amtrak Pacific Surfliner to Anaheim-ARTIC station, then take an Anaheim Resort Transportation (ART) bus lines 14 or 15 for free with your Metrolink ticket.
Inland Empire: Take Metrolink. Ride the Inland Empire/Orange County Line (IEOC Line) to Orange. Change to the OC Line and ride to Anaheim-ARTIC station, then take an Anaheim Resort Transportation (ART) bus lines 14 or 15 for free with your Metrolink ticket.
Note: The following schedule is the only option for IEOC riders:
TO ANAHEIM: Take IEOC #857 and arrive Orange station at 8:43 a.m., then transfer to OC #661 departing at 9:17 a.m., arriving Anaheim at 9:21 a.m.
BACK HOME: Take OC #666 departing Anaheim station at 5:21 p.m., arriving Orange Station at 5:25 p.m. Take IEOC #860 departing 5:35 p.m. toward Riverside
Take the Amtrak Pacific Surfliner to Anaheim-ARTIC station and ride ART bus lines 14 or 15.
