Director Moorlach was appointed to fill the vacancy of Orange County Treasurer-Tax Collector on March 17, 1995 and served until 2006 when he was elected to the Orange County Board of Supervisors. Director Janet Nguyen was elected to the Orange County Board of Supervisors in February, 2007.
